Mohamed Bani Hani Director, actor and playwright, holds a higher studies diploma in directing and acting from the Lebanese University in 2004 and a degree in theater directing from the John F. Kennedy Center for Performing Arts 2008 in Washington. Founder of Jasad Group for Performing Arts since 2005. Founder of Jasad Training & Research Company, a private non-profit company and its executive director since 2015. Member of the Jordanian Artists Syndicate, directing department. He worked as a theater and cultural activator at Philadelphia University and was director of the Arab Universities Theater Festival for three consecutive years 2005-2007. Mohammad was a member of different committees and juries such as; the Higher Advisory Committee of the Jordanian Theater Festivals, Jury member for the Amoun Youth Festival and most recently a member of the Selection Committee for the Arab Theater Festival / Arab Theater Commission 2016.

He has many researches and studies specialized in the performing arts, as well as many lectures in a number of Arab and international universities and theater forums. Mohammad is one of the pioneers of modern theater in Jordan. He has a lot of works as a director, actor and writer in and outside of the Arab region.

His performances feature a strong visual language with dynamic acting and scenography. They have been presented in Jordan and abroad. Some of these works are; ‘In the Sky…Mental Disorders’, ‘Jasad’s Story’, ‘The Red Dress’, ‘The Little Prince’ which is still touring in Sweden and the latest is ‘Now Here &In Between’ in 2017.
